Webinar: Being the Leader Your Child Needs

LifeWays has a new series of webinars created to bring lasting warmth, intention and joy into your life with children!
 
Each webinar meets for just one hour over Zoom so that it is easy to fit into a full family life. Spend a little bit of time with one of LifeWays veteran pedagogues on topics that range from nurturing your relationships to deepening your understanding of how to meet the children in your care and your home.  
 
In order to create a feeling of togetherness, these webinars will not be recorded and we kindly insist that you arrange for your video screens to be turned on. A background of family life is understood and welcome. 
 
Tuition is only $10 each!  
There is a minimum of 7 participants that must be met three days prior to the webinar date. 
 
Being the Leader your Child Needs

The three 7-year phases of childhood demand different things from us adults. What are those different unarticulated demands? Join us to learn about how the role you play as parent or teacher plays as children move into grade school.  We will talk about what is an Adult versus a Child– What is your adult role as a captain of your ship? This will lead to an understanding of what it means to come into the body as a child and how we can aid that incarnation process. Steiner says that the goal of education is to be able to  “put purpose and direction from inside ourselves” towards our activities as an adult. A real adult is a leader of themselves. We will discuss how we prepare children best for that to happen down the lane.
