PROGRAM DETAILS:
This workshop series takes place live on Zoom over four Sundays, for 2 hours each session. All four sessions or a single session may be attended. Participants may earn 8 hours CE credit by participating in all four live sessions and completing a brief follow-up survey.
In order to preserve the integrity of the high level of engagement and confidentiality of participants, this workshop series will NOT be recorded. In order to cultivate a sense of togetherness, we warmly insist that your video be turned on during our live sessions. Please do your best to make arrangements so this is possible.
The Curriculum
Session 1
Birth to Seven: Foundations of Life
Trust, imitation, environment, rhythm, belonging
Session 2
Seven to Fourteen: Opening to the World
Beauty, authority, imagination, learning
Session 3
Fourteen to Twenty-one: Becoming & Identity
Individuality, questioning, ideals, awakening
Session 4
Integration
Life timeline reflection, synthesis, future orientation

Each session includes:

Guided biographical reflection prompts
-
Artistic / social art practices (drawing, mapping, collage, gesture work)

Small group dialogue + witnessing
-
Developmental framing grounded in Waldorf / anthroposophical understanding
Participants will be invited:

To complete light reflective journaling between sessions

To bring personal artifacts or memories
-
To engage in a biography timeline process across the series

About the Instructor:
Lynn Turner (she/her) is a Biography & Social Art facilitator, Waldorf early childhood
educator, and mentor with over 18 years of experience.
She holds:
● BA in Fine Arts
● MAT in Early Childhood Education
● Waldorf Early Childhood Teaching Certificate, Sunbridge Institute
● Biography Work Certification (Goetheanum, Switzerland)
She is a board member of the Center for Biography & Social Art and has served as Coordinator of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access for WECAN. She is the Co-founder of The Antiracist Table, an online platform dedicated to liberation Education.
Lynn facilitates workshops that explore identity, belonging, and human development, drawing from Anthroposophy, Indigenous wisdom, mysticism, and the arts to create spaces for deep reflection and connection.
