This delicious On Demand course offers a menu of ideas
to childcare providers, early childhood teachers and grand/parents
who are craving Food for Thought
about the nourishment they are offering to the children in their lives.
Learn to savor the many rhythms around meals and snacks
and serve them up with love and intention.
Week One: Big Scoop of Intention - together we will explore what it is that we are really serving when offering nourishment to the children in our lives. How can we prepare bodies, and food, for digestion?
Week Two: “Good Work” helpers - learn and share about the unending opportunities adults and children have to serve each other before the meal even begins.
Week Four: The Garden Within and Without -
Together we’ll learn from the wisdom and experience of Mary O’Connell, former LifeWays President and founder of the Paradise Farm Education Program. We’ll plant the seeds of personal growth as we grow fresh food for the home or program regardless of space or place.
Week Three: Setting the Table - Beauty is everywhere. Let’s consider unique ways to bring it to the table that nourish both body and soul.
