Certain older versions of Adobe Reader will not be able to save information that is typed into the fillable fields. If you have tried the above tip and it doesn’t work, you’ll need to keep hand-written records. You can simply print out all the pages of the PDF and use the blank spaces for recording your observations.
For your convenience, the Table of Contents headings are linked to the pages they represent. To navigate, you can simply go to the Table of Contents and click on the page you would like to access. You will be taken directly to that page. There is a link to return to the Table of Contents on the bottom of every page.
We hope this tool helps you easily record your observations!
Sincerely,
Mary O'Connell
